  • October-May (Off Season): 8:30 am- 5:00 pm Monday through Friday

Please note: One night’s stay, plus applicable taxes will be required upon booking. The deposit is fully refundable if cancelled within the cancellation policy for your reserved room type (please see below for Cancellation Policy).



Refunds will be made only if cancellations are done prior to 48 hours of arrival dates. A guest who checks out before the last day of the reservation will be required to pay for the days reserved in full.

Please note cottages have a separate cancellation policy. Should you cancel your cottage reservation within two weeks of arrival a charge of the first night’s room rate will be charged to the credit card on file.

We realize that situations may arise necessitating cancellation within this time frame and we do sympathize, however, we must maintain our business policy due to the limited season and high accommodation demands.


Check-In and Check-Out Times Policies

  • Check-In: 3:00pm
  • Check-Out: 11:00am

Pet Policy

Dalvay, as with all public buildings on PEI, is smoke-free. However, smoking is permitted at least 5 metres away from any entrance.



May I arrive later or depart earlier than our reserved dates?

Guests who arrive after their confirmed arrival date, or who depart before their confirmed departure date will be held responsible for their rooms unless we are able to sell their accommodation for the full period originally booked.

If I don’t use a part of a package, can I receive a refund?

Dalvay shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather, safety issues or any circumstances beyond our control. Please see the on-duty manager for any clarifications.
