Meeting Facilities
One of the drawing features of our resort for meetings and business groups is the privacy and recreational opportunities available to our guests. We are not a traditional meeting facility, but we do offer a very special and focused environment for groups. We also custom design everything from Gourmet Tasting menus to Special Event Programs to ensure that your group is able to relax and enjoy the setting and ambience that is Dalvay.
Depending on the size and scope of each group, we have meeting space for 10-15 in private executive cottages and for 50+ in the main lodge. We have experienced staff who will work with each group to ensure all details are taken care of, be it for a formal boardroom atmosphere to launch the latest project, or for an informal golf getaway to reward a job well done.
Get Away From It All…
There are no televisions, radios, or even telephones in our rooms. For executive support, we have complimentary High Speed internet WiFi in most areas of the Main Inn. Our regular telephone system includes a complimentary guest phone for local calls and two credit/calling card systems for long distance. Audio visual equipment can also be provided for any type of presentation. Our staff would also be pleased to assist your participants with any telephone, message, presentation or fax needs. Cell phone access is generally readily available with major carriers.
Extraordinary Experiences
At Dalvay, we can host a special dinner or reception for groups of 20 - 100 people. Gourmet Menus, Entertainment or a number of Adventure Activities; Period Costume Historical Dinners, Murder Mysteries, Lobster Bake on-the-Beach, Ocean Kayaking, or a full-scale Maritme Ceilidh or Kitchen Party are just a few of the specialty experiences that we have organized for groups.

Coach / Tours
We can accommodate Coach/Tours for accommodations and dining at most times of our season (please contact us for available dates). We can also offer Dalvay as a special Luncheon or Afternoon Tea stop. If you would like to book a Group/Tour lunch or Afternoon Tea at Dalvay as part of your PEI North Shore Tour, we can offer menus and facilities for luncheons from 15 - 45 persons.
