Accommodations

There are 25 guest rooms; all are largely furnished in period antiques and all rooms offer a four-piece private bath. Each of our rooms is singular and unique.

In addition, there are eight three-bedroom cottages located adjacent to the inn, offering vistas of the ocean, Dalvay Lake and acres of manicured grounds.

There are no televisions, phones or radios in our Main Inn guests rooms for a true relaxing getaway. Our Cottages do offer satellite television for your convenience. Dalvay also offers a fully smoke-free environment in all guest rooms, cottages and inside public areas.

There is a guest computer located in our front office for e-mail and Web use, complimentary for guests and can be also hooked to personal laptops. We also offer wireless internet on the whole property.

Cottages

There are eight cottages located within 100 metres of the Inn. Four have 1 bathroom and four have 2 bathrooms.

Each spacious dwelling has: Three bedrooms and a large sitting area; includes open loft to an upper bedroom with a queen bed. On the lower floor are two bedrooms; one queen bedroom and a room with twin single beds.

All cottages have pine interior, ceiling fans, a Vermont Castings glass fronted propane stove and games table. The living room also features a pull-out couch for your convenience.

Other amenities include a wet/bar fridge for drinks and snacks, a coffee maker, tea kettle and fixings. There are no cooking facilities in our cottages.

Our cottages feature satellite television for your convenience.

King Suite

We have two rooms with a King Bed and full sitting area with a large Bay window overlooking Dalvay Lake and the ocean.

These rooms are located on the second and third floors and have the best views of Dalvay Lake and the Ocean.

Queen Room

We have rooms with 1 Queen bed with water views or the Dalvay grounds.

All rooms have a private bath.
Some bathrooms have antique clawfoot tubs with shower surrounds.

King Room

Located on both the second and third floors of the Main Inn these rooms give you the bed you deserve at the place that you should be staying at. With all new bedding and rooms featuring both lawn and waterviews we are sure these will be the choice of 2012.

Located on the second floor of the Main Inn with lake or ocean view, these rooms give you the beds you deserve at the place that you should be staying at. Suitable for small families who require 2 beds. With all new bedding in 2012, you will be sure to sleep like a baby!

Cozy Queen

If you are looking for a more affordable stay, our cozy queen rooms offer just that. With all new beds and bedding in 2012 you will be sure to get a great night's sleep. Although these rooms do not offer a scenic view there are plenty of breathtaking views from the Main Inn decks and surrounding greenspaces, not to mention our panoramic Dining Room.
